Absolutely — don't forget the candles! We supply the paper goods and plasticware. No additional outside food or beverages are permitted.
Decorations are allowed, but please no confetti, glitter, silly string or candles (other than for the cake). Nothing may be attached to walls. Tabletop decorations and weighted balloons are welcome.
Kids' parties are booked for two hours. After your scheduled event time ends, you're welcome to stay and play in the arcade or bowl for as long as you like.
Package base prices cover up to 10 kids for kids' parties (up to 8 for Friends & Family packages). Guests over the base count pay the additional per-guest fee listed on each package. Maximum seating capacity varies by party room.
Seating is provided based on the kids' package count plus chaperone requirement. Additional adult seating requires food service — you can add adults to your package, add activities or food, or guests may order off the regular restaurant menu.
Arcade games use a Power Card. Play time varies by player and game, but a general guide: $10 ≈ 35 minutes, $20 ≈ 60 minutes, $30 ≈ 90 minutes of play.
Yes — booking online is fast and convenient. You just need your preferred event date, guest count and a credit card. A limited amount of event space is available online; if your date or time isn't showing, try an alternate or call our planners at (845) 429-8000.
Once you agree to the terms and pay your deposit, your event is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email and a phone call from a party coordinator the week of your party.
Seating is guaranteed for the number of guests on the contract; we'll always do our best to accommodate extras. If your count exceeds the assigned event area's capacity, other options are subject to availability.
To make changes, call or email the coordinator listed on your confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable — we'll work with you on alternate dates. Parties cancelled the week of the event forfeit the deposit unless another party books the slot, in which case 50% is returned as a Break Point gift card.
